Karli graduated with Highest Honors from the Florida College of Natural Health with an Associate's degree in Paramedical Skincare. She then graduated with Honors from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science. Karli achieved Highest Honors again while pursing her Masters of Medical Science in Physician Assistant studies from Nova Southeastern University. She attained her Doctor of Medical Science degree from Rocky Mountain University of Health Sciences in the Advanced Clinical Practice Track with a focus on Regenerative Aesthetic Medicine.
Karli's singular career passion has been Aesthetics ever since she entered the work force. She is a Board-Certified Physician Assistant with a decade of experience as a Licensed Medical Esthetician. She prides herself on her injection skills, skincare knowledge, and bedside manner. She travels to educational seminars all over the world every quarter, and completes hands-on local trainings almost monthly to continuously grow her skillset and knowledge-base.

Lead Esthetician
Kiki has been by Karli’s side at Nectar Aesthetics since the practice opened, starting out with front desk receptionist duties. Shortly after forming relationships with patients and stepping in to assist Karli from time to time, she realized how much she enjoyed being more hands-on.
Kiki completed a CNA program, followed by some fast-track training with Karli from which she was able to transition into a Medical Assistant position. Over time, Kiki became well versed with the different aspects of facial aesthetics, injecting, and skin anatomy which inspired her to progress further in her career path to become a service provider herself.
Kiki received her Esthetician license at Florida Dermal Institute and after 2 years of training under Karli, she became our lead esthetician. After 1 year of Morpheus training with Karli, she has expanded her offerings to include Morpheus 8 treatments. She is very grateful to have been instructed and groomed by Karli herself, on product knowledge and her many advanced techniques.

Andrea Alvarez LE
Lash Specialist, Esthetician, Medical Assistant
Andrea is a Licensed Esthetician, 3x Certified Lash Artist and our newest Medical Assistant. Prior to her role here at Nectar, Andrea lived in Bear, Delaware with her family where she attended the Advanced Medical Aesthetics Program at the Academy of Massage & Bodywork. After graduating in 2017, Andrea went on to further her education becoming certified in Lash Lifts, Lash Extensions, and Spray Tans. She is also a Certified Trainer in Lash Lifting and enjoys teaching and sharing her knowledge in the field. Her drive has been her passion for helping people feel more confident. Andrea prides herself on providing individualized, superior spa and beauty services using the highest quality professional products. She stays up to date on industry education and beauty trends by regularly attending trainings and conferences to continue to grow professionally and bring the best quality services back to her clients. She is excited for her new role at Nectar Esthetics and can't wait to serve you.
