We Make Every Side Your "Good Side"
Aesthetics is a delicate art, and your face deserves individualized care. That’s why your appointment begins with a thorough consultation, so we fully understand your desires.
Our tailored approach allows us to tailor the use of different fillers and injection techniques for your face. As you age, you may notice your face losing its youthful fullness and beginning to descend. Age will often show in the under-eyes, cheeks, jowls, and hollow temples. These areas are prime for youthful restoration with injectable fillers.
We also use filler to restore & enhance areas of your face that may be out of proportion. You may choose your enhancements to be as subtle or profound as you desire; that's why we offer Petite, Just Right, and VaVaVoom options for each facial region. Our patients especially love using dermal filler for enhancing their lips, jawline, and chin.
Dermal Filler Types:
Hyaluronic acids:
-
A natural molecule that can support 1,000 times its weight in water.
-
Naturally cushions joints, nerves, and skin. Dermal fillers use it to add soft "plumpness."
-
Reversible and safer than alternative fillers. Your injector may aspirate to avoid blood vessels.
-
Immediate results, lasting from 6-12 months, depending upon filler product & placement.
-
We use JUVEDERM Ultra, Ultra Plus, VOLUMA, VOBELLA, VOLLURE, VERSA, and RHA.
Radiesse:
-
Immediate results, with some lasting benefits from increased collagen production.
-
Irreversible, and cannot be aspirated. This increases the chance of blood vessel damage.
-
Radiesse dermal filler may last longer than a year.
Sculptra:
-
Made from poly-L-lactic acid, a substance used for sutures.
-
Results primarily come from increased collagen production, and last up to 2 years.
-
Irreversible, but Sculptra dermal filler may be aspirated to avoid blood vessels.
Bellafil:
-
Mostly used for treating nasolabial folds (smile lines).
-
Bellafil filler results may last up to 5 years.
-
Irreversible and cannot be aspirated.
Your Dermal Filler Results
As a Nectar patient, you can pay for your desired results, not per syringe or filler type. To achieve your ideal aesthetic, we may use any holistic combination of BOTOX, dermal fillers, PRF, and/or PDO threads.
Whether you desire natural-looking results or profound enhancements, you're going to love your look.
Frequently Asked Questions
What dermal fillers do you use?
We use all FDA approved filler products. These include:
-
Restylane Lyft, Defyne, Refyne, L, Kysse, and Contour.
-
JUVEDERM ULTRA, ULTRA+, VOLBELLA, VOLUMA, and VOLLURE.
-
RHA II, III, IIII, and Redensity.
-
Revanesse Versa and Lips. Sculptra.
-
We occasionally use Merz, Radiesse, and Belotero.
Each product has unique characteristics, such as its density, spread, and dissolvability. Different areas of your face will require different lip filler products. After discussing your desired results, we will select the best filler product based on all the variables.
What's the difference between dermal fillers and botox?
Dermal fillers replace lost volume, while botox relaxes muscles. For example, cheek, lip, and jawline areas typically need volume. The forehead, brow area, and "crow's feet" typically need botox to smooth the lines by relaxing the muscles.
Are dermal filler treatments painful?
Our patients come to us for comfort and results. Most of the discomfort our filler patients experience is from anxiety, not from pain. Expect gentle hands when you come to Nectar Aesthetics.
How much do dermal filler treatments cost?
The cost for filler treatments vary depending upon the areas you need treated, sessions required, and your desired results. Instead of paying per syringe, our patients can pay for the result they desire. We call these packages: Petite, Just Right, and VaVaVoom.
How long does dermal filler last?
Filler metabolizes at different speeds based upon the location and your metabolism. On average, we see our patients back at 9-12 months to maintain their results.
