Karli Plunkett DMSc, PA-C, LME

Karli's singular career passion has always been Aesthetics. After nearly a decade as a Licensed Medical Esthetician, she became a Board-Certified Physician Associate and began injecting in 2017. Her advanced clinical background includes a Doctor of Medical Science degree from Rocky Mountain University, where she completed the Advanced Clinical Practice track with a focus on Regenerative Aesthetic Medicine.
In 2022, Karli became a trainer with Allergan Medical Institute as a national trainer, where she now educates and mentors aesthetic injectors and med spa teams across the Southeast United States.
Known for her approachable teaching style and artistic eye, Karli specializes in facial balancing, cannula tecnique, and comprehensive treatment planning.

Known for her warmth, integrity, and attention to detail, Jessenia believes aesthetic medicine is more than skin deep—it’s about empowering patients to feel their best inside and out.

Over the years, she has served in leadership roles, overseeing both clinical and operational departments across multi-site locations. She also has extensive expertise in Healthcare IT, with a focus on optimizing systems to enhance both clinical operations and patient care.
In 2022, Ginger expanded her career into the aesthetic industry, where she combines her passion for delivering exceptional patient experiences with her operational and technology expertise. Dr. Lyly Nguyen is a talented female plastic surgeon specializing in body, breast, and facial procedures. After earning her Bachelor of Science and Medical Doctorate, Dr. Lyly completed a rigorous five-year general surgery residency and ultimately earned her board certification in general surgery. She then went on to conduct plastic surgery research during a year-long fellowship. She continued her training by completing a plastic and reconstructive surgery fellowship at the prestigious Vanderbilt University. Dr. Lyly then earned her board certification in plastic surgery from the American Board of Plastic Surgery, earning the title of a double board-certified plastic surgeon.
