Karli's singular career passion has always been Aesthetics. Karli became a Board-Certified Physician Associate after a decade as a Licensed Medical Esthetician. In 2020, Karli attained her Doctor of Medical Science degree from Rocky Mountain University of Health Sciences in the Advanced Clinical Practice Track with a focus on Regenerative Aesthetic Medicine.
In 2022, Karli became a trainer with Allergan Medical Institute. As an AMI trainer, Karli trains new aesthetic injectors & med spa teams across the Southeast US.

Jenni is a board-certified Physician Associate who graduated with honors from Nova Southeastern University of Orlando. Her love for aesthetics began during her dermatology rotation of her master's program. Her focus has remained exclusively on aesthetics ever since.

Ginger began working in healthcare in 1995. For most of her career, she has worked in pediatric medicine. Ginger has served in a management and leadership capacity for many years, leading both clinical and operational departments at multi-site locations. She is a Healthcare IT expert and has been a designated electronic medical records trainer.
Ginger’s passion is providing unique and memorable experiences for every patient. She does this by providing support and recommendations to the staff regarding patient care relations, onboarding new technology, and analyzing trends within the industry. She is looking forward to learning more about aesthetic medicine and procedures by learning directly from Karli, working with the staff, and attending industry-specific educational conferences.

Dr. Lyly Nguyen is a talented female plastic surgeon specializing in body, breast, and facial procedures. After earning her Bachelor of Science and Medical Doctorate, Dr. Lyly completed a rigorous five-year general surgery residency and ultimately earned her board certification in general surgery. She then went on to conduct plastic surgery research during a year-long fellowship. She continued her training by completing a plastic and reconstructive surgery fellowship at the prestigious Vanderbilt University. Dr. Lyly then earned her board certification in plastic surgery from the American Board of Plastic Surgery, earning the title of a double board-certified plastic surgeon.
